Prices are per day and per apartment for the indicated number of people for a minimum stay of 5 nights
Local tax
Local tax will be charged for any person aged 14 and older amounting to 3.00 € per person per day. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid locally.
Children
- Children up to 3 years old stay with us for free.
- Crib for children up to 3 years old: 3 € per day (with bedding).

Deposit
After making your booking, we request that you pay the deposit (guaranteed booking) amounting to 30% of the total price by bank transfer to our account within seven days. Your reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation conditions
In the event that something unforeseen happens and you cannot make your trip, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 30 days before the vacation starts, we will retain the deposit.
- In case of cancellation within 30 days before the vacation starts, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price (excluding final cleaning and local tax).
- If you have to start your booked stay late or leave early, the booked vacation time will be charged in full.
Things can definitely happen before you start your trip. To protect yourself against any risk, we recommend that you get trip cancellation insurance.
Check in/Check out
On the day of arrival, your vacation apartment will be available starting at 02:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 10:00 a.m.
Deposit for room key and parking card-RIED/Plan de Corones
On your day of arrival we request that you make a cash deposit of 100 €.
Payment options
We are happy to accept your payment at your arrival in cash. We also accept debit and credit cards as well as prepayment by bank transfer.
No pets allowed
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in the vacation apartments – in consideration of our guests with allergies.
