Everything is in its place: the mountains, the ski slopes, magnificent nature parks and historical cities. And our Residence Sonnberg is right in the middle of it all. You can take its name literally. As our guest, you will enjoy sunshine from early morning to late evening. The Plan de Corones, at whose foot our apartment building lies, and the Dolomites mountain range appear in a beguiling flood of sunlight.
Everything that matters close at hand
Our residence is in Perca, about four kilometers from Brunico. At our house, you are living in a rural idyll between the Dolomites and Plan de Corones, at 970 meters elevation. The distance to the nearest ski lift at the RIED downhill run is only 300 meters.
From the Dolomites through Val Pusteria into Valle Isarco
Besides everything in the immediate vicinity of Plan de Corones, our location in Perca has lots of other advantages. From here you can discover Val Pusteria and the Dolomites, explore their side valleys, as well as take city tours with your family as far away as Bressanone in the Valle Isarco. You will be living at a very convenient starting point for a wide range of activities – and you're welcome to leave your vehicle with us. There is a train and bus stop just 300 meters away from your vacation apartment and every half hour you can ride to all the places worth seeing in the region. With the included Holidaypass, you can ride all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free.
